SAT / ACT RESOURCES
The American Test Anxieties Association reports that about 16% of students struggle with test anxiety, especially when taking a long test like the SAT or ACT.
We tend to look at test prep the same way we imagine someone approaches training for a marathon. It’s methodical, purposeful, and done over a period of time.
The SAT has in fact been cancelled through June, and depending on how things continue with the current coronavirus pandemic, the earliest date may be some time in August. The College Board, the company behind the SAT, is even thinking about administering the SAT online as another option.
These are just a few of the things I’ve found over the years to keep me going and staying in a healthy mindset during the quarantine.
